A very successful person recently told me to buy as many books as I can. He said, "When you spend $20 on a book, you are not buying a book, you are buying some one's life experience. That includes great experiences and lessons learned from bad ones, that is well worth $20 isn't it?" Identify what it is you want to learn and buy all the knowledge you can (within
reason) and take action!
